A Journey of Dragons is the first in a series of original science fantasy novels. It’s set in the land of Syraqua, where dragons have settled and humanity is nearly extinct, where dwarves delve into dark secrets of the past, while iguana-like reptilians seek a future of their own making. Human civilization has risen and fallen twice before; it now rises again, facing challenges from both within and without.

I firmly believe that independent writers and illustrators can follow in the footsteps of musicians and comic artists by funding their work through community support. Here’s what we want to accomplish with your support:
- Publish a printed and illustrated edition of A Journey of Dragons
- Finish writing and publish the sequel novel, Revelations of Darkened Souls
- Create a short-story collection to add background and depth to the main storyline

A Journey of Dragons is simply a beginning. With full funding, I can afford to print bound copies of the books. With your support, I’ll write more books in the continuing saga; we will produce color and B&W illustrations for inside the books; we will grow a community. I’m currently writing the second novel, Revelations of Darkened Souls. Shorter tales — side-adventures, origin stories, and vignettes — will bring the world of Syraqua to life. I may even include some dragon-poetry, if they’ll give me permission.:)
